"Comfortable Living with Friendly Staff and Strong Community Presence"

This place is really nice. The apartments are big and the staff is friendly. You can tell everyone here feels like a community. The person who showed us around knew so much and was really friendly, which made you feel like she cared a lot.

"Fantastic experience with caring staff and great community events!"

It's only been two weeks, but it's been amazing! I’m sure moving Dad to Atria was the right choice. They recently had a huge Mardi Gras party with food, drinks, and Mobile's traditions. The food is good, though Dad has had a few complaints. He’s joined in some activities and has been encouraged to interact with other residents and visitors, which is great. The staff is friendly and caring, making this transition really smooth.

"A Bright Beginning!"

"The best place I've ever seen!!"

Walking in felt like a breath of fresh air. This facility really cares about its residents. Gina, one of the directors, was so attentive and kind with a big heart! Every person I met was wonderful. During the tour, Gina stopped to talk to every resident as if they were family. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The activity board was full of daily events. I can't rate this place high enough! I feel so lucky to have found Atria for my father and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for assisted living. Now, my family and I don’t feel like he “has” to go to assisted living—we all feel like he “gets” to live at Atria!

"Smooth experience, no issues. Mother-in-law satisfied."

My Mother-in-law stayed at Atria for a week, even though she doesn't live there. Everything went smoothly during her stay. The staff and the facility were great, and we didn't have any complaints about Atria.

"Very Satisfied with Atria’s Care and Environment!"

I’m really happy with the service and support my Mom gets at Atria. The staff is super friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy taking care of the residents. Most importantly, my Mom seems happy there and they really take good care of her. It’s quite pricey one of the most expensive places I looked at and the costs went up less than a year after I moved her in, so be ready for that. I also like how they use music in the activities and love the pretty garden out back. Unlike some other places, there are never any bad smells, and when there’s an accident, it’s cleaned up quickly. I didn’t give 5 stars because there’s always room for improvement. For example, the food is healthy but could be better in quality. Also, my Mom’s clothes sometimes get mixed up with other residents’. Overall, though, I’m very pleased.

"Extra Fees, Limited Help and Unfriendly Staff in Assisted Living"

We're getting charged an extra $900 without even receiving aid for bathing. The staff isn't friendly. We need assistance for our family member and although we're paying, the support isn't up to par. The meals are decent and parking is great, which is quite impressive. I've never struggled to find a spot. When my brother and I first scouted the place, their words were welcoming, but their actions haven't met those promises.

"DOWNGRADE AT ATRIA"

When we first started at Atria, it was great! But, ever since, it's gotten more expensive, the fun stuff isn't as good, and they keep changing the bosses.

"A Welcoming Home"

Atria feels like home. The staff, including long-time employees, genuinely connect with residents. Friendly managers, nurses, and other staff make it a welcoming place. Exciting activities and top-notch parties create a vibrant atmosphere. For loved ones, it's the best choice in Mobile and Baldwin County.

"Excellent Care and Activities at This Top-Notch Assisted Living Facility"

My mom has lived here for over 3 years, and it’s been great. The staff is really caring and friendly, and they always go the extra mile to help. There are lots of activities if someone wants to join in. Her apartment is always clean, and there’s always a nurse available. The food services team works hard to accommodate everyone’s special diets while offering a variety of meals. We couldn’t have found a better place for her!
