"Improving Assisted Living Facility"
For patients who can manage on their own, it's okay. But if you really need help, it's a bit tough due to the limited staff. Recently, things have improved, and my parents are better at asking for assistance. Overall, it's a decent facility, and we're glad they're there.

"Mixed Reviews for Assisted Living Facility"
I would want other families to know that the facility is understaffed and there is a high turnover rate. If your loved one is a high-functioning senior who is more independent and can get around well and wants socialization, then the facility would be fine. It is more of a retirement community, not an assisted living facility. It is just not an ideal setting for someone who needs more care and assistance. It is not the most updated facility; hopefully, they will be doing some more renovations soon. A lot of promises made up front were not what was delivered. Simplified Version: Here's what you should know about the facility: It's understaffed, and staff turnover is high. If your loved one is independent and wants social interaction, it's okay. But if they need more care, it's not the best place. The facility isn't very modern, and some promises weren't kept.
