"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
My family member left this place. Food and activities lacking. Food, mostly pasta, too starchy. Only bingo for activities. Some staff rude. Director and social services person friendly. Wouldn't recommend to others.

"Pleased with Staff, Cleanliness, and Services"
The place is really nice, though some parts could be better. My mom likes it a lot. The people working here are super friendly and fast to fix any problems we have. They clean a lot, so her room is always neat. The meals are tasty, and my mom enjoys them. They’re great at keeping us in the loop. Plus, they have rides for doctor visits and meals out, which is awesome. I’d tell my friends and family to check it out.

"Accommodating Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
Elmcroft has nurses available all day, which was just what we needed. However, the regular staff for chores and bathing seem a bit short-handed. Despite that, they’ve been very helpful to our loved one and accommodating. Sometimes the residents had to eat in their rooms due to lockdowns, but now they’re back in the dining room. Our loved one hasn’t complained about the food, so we think it’s pretty good.

"Community Provides Good Care with Excellent Communication"
Overall, the community took good care of us. Communication was pretty good. They called back fast and kept us informed. I would suggest this community to others.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom had a bumpy start at the place. Before that, everything seemed fine, but they forgot her blood pressure meds at night and in the morning, which made me mad! They fixed it, though. Mom needs a soft diet, but they don't always follow that. I'm a businessman, and I expect people to do what they promise for their clients. Mom wasn't thrilled about going there, but she says the staff are super nice. If they keep her happy and safe, I'll be happy, but they better do their job.
