"Mixed Experience at Greenbriar Assisted Living Facility"
Greenbriar came recommended, but we give it a "C" grade. We think they need a registered nurse on the assisted living floor all the time to meet residents' needs. The food is better on some days, but don’t count on a fancy Sunday dinner. The cleaning crew for the building isn't great; they don't provide the service residents pay for. The location is nice, and the staff who care for patients are very kind.

I went to the assisted living place and I thought it was okay, but it didn't have a fenced-in area for our dogs.

The place was really clean with beautiful hardwood floors and lots of natural light. The staff was nice; he gave me a packet of information and showed me around. However, they didn't have all the things I was hoping for. Overall, it was nice.

My mom stays with nice staff who keep her safe. The Greenbriar at Altamont has good, healthy meals that are just right. The place is kept pretty tidy and everything is organized. I think this is a good place for friends and family.

My mom is doing okay in the community. The staff take care of her needs, but the lunch meals need improvement – the food consistency and portions. She enjoys the activities and the environment.

The people who work here were friendly. They had lots of different foods to pick from. I didn't like that the cleaning staff didn't come. They also had art activities, which I enjoyed. But overall, I wouldn't suggest this place to my friends or family.

"Comfortable Living with Kind Staff and Engaging Activities"
My move to Greenbriar is going smoothly. The staff is really nice and easy to talk to. They are always cleaning and taking care of the place. My room feels really cozy and nice. There are lots of things to do here. They serve meals in a community-style cafeteria, but I miss my home-cooked food.
