"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience with Subpar Amenities and Activities"
This place serves low-quality food that's always disappointing. For the rent we pay, we expect steak, not just ham and cheese sandwiches. As for activities, there's not much to do. Bingo, run by a computer, is the highlight, and then it's all quiet. Everything happens early, so after lunch, it's just boredom for everyone. The staff turnover is high, and they rely a lot on temporary workers. We've seen three administrators come and go in just four months. For three of those months, my loved one couldn't use their shower, and no alternative was offered. They've had three falls during their stay.

"Unpleasant Tour Experience"
I’m not sure if the lady who showed us around was having a rough day, but she didn’t seem very friendly from the beginning. My sister is pretty short at 4’11”, and the lady looked down at her like she smelled bad. We exchanged glances, said our goodbyes, and left.

"Costly Medication Management, Otherwise Liked"
I liked The Bungalows a lot, it would've been top pick but medication costs were too high. They don't include everything in the price, so you're not sure what you're paying monthly.

"Morningside: Clean and Friendly, Needs More Activities"
Overall, Morningside of Riverchase does pretty well. The place is clean, and the people who work there are nice. Since they just opened not too long ago, they've got some problems to fix. They also need to plan more fun things for the people who live there, like shopping trips.

"Amazing Care and Attention!"
All in all, these folks are wonderful! They really are! My mom was so scared of moving here and how big of a change it was, but they came to her like angels! They treat her so well! If she has any questions or complaints, they handle it right away. For example, she mentioned someone blowing their nose into the cloth napkins. They washed them, but my mom didn't like it, so they started putting Kleenex on all the tables so no one had to use the napkins anymore! Recently, it was my mom's birthday, and everyone made an effort to say happy birthday and make sure she was happy. If she feels down, they sit with her and talk. If she has concerns they can't handle, they call me. Morningside is incredible, really top-notch for the price and everything they do. They make it easy! When my mom was moving in, the activity director even hung curtains for her! I'm very pleased with Morningside and how they take care of their residents. Their professional attitude is awesome! The building is very clean, the meals are great, and the staff knows me by name. I couldn't be happier; they are taking great care of my mom, and I'm confident any complaints I have would be taken care of.

This place is awesome for living and working. It’s super clean and safe. I’ve checked out other places, but this one is definitely top-notch. The staff takes great care of the residents.
