"Downhill Experience and Poor Management at Assisted Living Facility"

My mom-in-law stayed at North River assisted living for nine years, leaving only a few weeks back. The population dropped from 34 to just 4 during her stay. We had trouble keeping track of the ever-changing staff. We faced frustrating issues, like her receiving incorrect medical care and being given food from fast-food chains and the weekly frozen food truck. The quality of care and management has gone downhill, leading us to choose another place for her. Now, she's taking part in more activities and making more friends. Please research thoroughly, enquire about the staff and resident retention rates. North River has the potential to improve, but they need better management.
