Redstone Village a CCRC

"Assisted Living Brings Mom Happiness"
We’re not concerned about Mom. She gets her medicine, follows a routine, and there’s always someone around. The place has a delightful atmosphere with 1940s-style decor, and she’s content.

"Good Place, Needs More Activities"
We had a bit of a bumpy beginning when it came to the cost and what we get for it, but the people working here sorted everything out. The only downside is there aren’t any fun things for her to do here. That’s the reason they’re getting a 4-star instead of perfect. But overall, we think this place is worth telling other families about.

"Caring and Convenient Assisted Living with Great Amenities"
This place is really caring. They try to arrange video calls and visits so families can stay involved. The rooms are spacious, and they even have garages, which is unusual. I think it's the best one around here. The people who live there are great, and overall, it's a wonderful place. The food is tasty, and there are lots of options to choose from. They also have beautiful gardens and pathways.

"Best Assisted Living Choice in Huntsville - Friendly Staff and Good Food"
Resident's opinion is a great way to judge. After being here for six weeks, I haven't met anyone unhappy with their choice of Redstone Village. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really seems to care about us. The food, which is very important, is tasty, healthy, and always has several choices. I visited a lot of places in the Huntsville area before choosing, and none of them compare to Redstone Village.

"Great tour, friendly staff, and happy residents!"
We met with [name], who gave us a great tour of Grandview Gardens Memory Community. The place is big, the rooms are nice, and the staff are friendly. They have a lot of activities planned, and our mom seemed very happy during our visit.

"Poor Management and Disrespectful Treatment at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is just awful. The Executive Director and the Food Service Director, they used to work together. Despite all the complaints and tries to get them to change, the head lady won't do anything about how this guy behaves towards his employees. They think it's just fine to yell and shout at people. They have to put in a lot of effort just to pretend to care about the residents. Behind their backs, they gripe and claim it's because the residents are old and don't know what they're talking about. It's completely disrespectful. If you really love your family members, avoid this place. You'll be happy you did.

"Avoid! Disrespectful Management and Poor Treatment of Residents"
This place is a mess. The head boss and the person in charge of food used to work together. Even after a bunch of attempts and complaints, she won't do anything about how he treats the workers. It's like they think it's okay to yell and shout at people. They really have to try to make it look like they care about the people living there. But when no one's looking, they complain and say it's because these old folks don't know what they're talking about. It's just plain rude. If you really love your family, don't send them here. You'll be thanking yourself later.

"Fun and Beautiful Place to Be"
Grandview Gardens at Redstone Village is a wonderful place. The decor is cheerful and welcoming. The activities director is amazing—she’s funny, kind, and really loves spending time with the residents. Everyone who works there seems to enjoy their jobs, and the views are just stunning.

"Wonderful place to live with great activities and meals."
My parents moved into RV last spring and have loved it since the start. They make new friends every day, join in fun activities, and enjoy great meals daily.

"Nice Staff, Poor System: Looks Can Be Deceiving"
This facility looks modern and clean, but looks can be deceiving. The staff members are friendly, but the system they're using just isn't working. The nurses in assisted living seem to be just giving out pills, not really monitoring the residents for any health issues. And these nurses aren't always on duty, contrary to what their brochures claim. The management seems to be in chaos too. It's been three months since we submitted the insurance forms but they haven't sent them back to the insurance company yet.

"Perfect Place for Our Loved One"
Redstone has been just right for our family member. Making this decision was tough, but we felt comfortable here and knew our loved one would be well cared for. The services are great, and the staff is super helpful. The food is awesome with lots of choices, and they really listen to what the residents want and need. There are also tons of activities, so there’s always something fun to do. Definitely check out Redstone!

"Quiet Apartments Few Residents Seen Overall Nice Assisted Living Facility"
This place is pretty nice. I enjoyed the apartments, but not many folks were out and about. It looks like most people prefer to stay in their apartments most of the time.

"Costly and remote, not good value!"
Really pricey! Doesn't measure up. Much too distant from relatives and medical services.
