"Great experience, recommended for cleanliness and professional staff"
My loved one had a great experience at Madison at The Range. The facility was clean, staff professional, and activities were good.

"Awful Care: Mom Left in Bloody Sheets After Fall"
Don't send your family here. The staff is always changing. If they can't keep their workers happy, it means they aren't taking care of their patients well. My mom got hurt and had to go to the hospital to get stitches. She was sent out early morning and got back that same afternoon. When I visited her, she was sleeping in the same bloody sheets from when she fell. This place doesn't care at all.

"Disappointing Experience at Madison at The Range Assisted Living"
The food was really bad, there was nothing fun to do, and it was always chilly. I wouldn't tell anyone to go to Madison at The Range. I felt let down, especially since we lost money because we left right after 90 days.

"Administrative Changes Cause Payment Delays, New Staff Unmet"
At The Range, there's been a bunch of changes lately. It's been tough dealing with paying bills and getting refunds. They brought in someone new, but we haven't seen them yet. That's been the main issue for us.

"Trouble with Assisted Living Staff and Costs"
My worry is that the people in charge have changed a few times, and they don’t talk to us. I can’t figure out how much we owe because the monthly statements are confusing. The price keeps going up, even though we had an agreement. We might have to move my mom somewhere else after Christmas if things don’t get better. She really likes it here.

"Great outdoors, needs more activities; kind but understaffed."
We chose this community for its courtyards, windows, and outdoor visibility, allowing residents to move in and out freely. It would be nice if they offered more non-religious activities and those engaging verbal behavior. Sometimes they're understaffed, affecting care. However, the caregiving staff is kind.

"Mixed Experience: Nice Activities Director, Facility, but Unpleasant Caretakers"
The person in charge of activities was super friendly, and I enjoyed how nice the place looked. The people I talked to from the staff were friendly too, but the folks taking care of us weren't very nice.
