"Lovely and Tidy Assisted Living Community"
The Brennity is a super nice place, really clean and tidy. The outside area looks beautiful and everything is just great there.

"Friendly Fairhope, less clean than Daphne; helpful Activities Director."
I toured The Brennity at Daphne and Fairhope. Fairhope, less clean but very friendly. Activities Director was friendly, couldn't answer all questions.

"Good Facility with Room for Improvement"
When my dad first moved into The Brennity, things weren’t smooth. They had switched the floors from wood to carpet and didn’t tell us, so we had to pay $6,000 to get wood floors again. The people who work there fix things, but you have to keep reminding them. My dad and his neighbors who can take care of themselves have to make sure the workers do their repairs. But even with those issues, The Brennity is doing well by my dad. He’s making new friends and seems to feel safe. The houses they live in are pretty, and the place where they eat together is well-kept. Even with a couple of downsides, I believe The Brennity is a top-notch place for living on your own.

"Mixed experience at Brennity of Fairhope assisted living facility"
Our visit was helpful. The place looks nice, and most staff are friendly. But when our family moved in, things got confusing due to changes in management. The food hasn't been as good as promised, but they're hiring a new chef. We're hopeful for improvement. The location is great, and there are lots of activities. We hope our family gets more involved soon. The apartment is nice, with a lovely courtyard view.

"Clean, friendly, great food, and Dad's more involved!"
I visited my dad, and I really like this place! He’s eating much better now. I even had lunch with him, and the food is good! It’s great that he can use his motorized wheelchair, and it helps him join in more activities. The place is clean, and the staff is super friendly. There’s always someone at the front desk, which I really appreciate. The grounds and parking are kept clean, too. Staff is always ready to help find the right person to answer questions.

"Mother Thriving in This Community"
My mom's doing great here. She's mostly happy, and I'm okay with it. The staff is nice and communicates well. Mom doesn't love the food, though. But overall, I know she's safe and cared for. It's been good for us.

"Food Quality Needs Improvement"
At The Brennity at Fairhope, the food isn't great. It needs improvement. They should also integrate new residents better. Unfortunately, the facility lacks central heating and air; they rely on window units.

"Mom feels welcomed and enjoys her new home!"
It was a fantastic experience. They were very helpful and explained everything clearly, guiding us through the process. Once we moved in, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to my mom. She really likes it, and everyone there has done an excellent job making her feel at home. She’s enjoying it and has adjusted really well.

"They've been wonderful despite challenges"
I have nothing but good things to say about The Brennity at Fairhope. They’ve been really great. My mom, however, has been a little tough to manage. We are thinking about our options to figure out what’s best for her, but that’s not the fault of the amazing staff at The Brennity at Fairhope.

"Nice place, but pricey"
We toured this community while searching for senior living for a loved one. The place looked really nice! The staff were all very friendly, and the community was clean and well cared for. It seemed like they had a lot to offer the residents! But, it was very expensive and sadly out of our budget.

"Great activities, food, and caring staff—highly recommended!"
It's worked out really well. We had some trouble with the medication at first, but it’s sorted out now. They’ve had some changes in management. They offer great activities and keep everyone busy. The food is really good. The nurses are caring and concerned. They’re as accommodating as possible. I’d recommend this place to anyone. I’m very happy with it.

"A Great Experience!"
This place was great! I really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly, and the decorations were really nice. It was more help than we actually needed. Out of all the places we visited, this one seemed the most organized. The lady in charge was on top of things compared to others we saw.

"Great facility, bit far from amenities, still considering for dad."
My family thought the place and its services were really good, but it's kind of far out compared to HV. Dad might miss out on fitness programs at Thomas Hospital wellness Center because it's quite a distance away. We're still thinking about this place, though.
