"Needs Improvement for the Price"
We chose this place for our family member because it’s close to me. There’s space to get better. I hope to see more value for what we pay. The workers should step up or earn more to give top care to the residents, their health, and their stuff.

"Disappointing Response to Medical Needs at Assisted Living Facility"
The tour was good. The place had a construction zone from a recent flood. It was clean and quiet. But when they learned my loved one needed to go to the hospital to adjust his meds, they said he wasn't a good fit for them.

"Highly Recommended Assisted Living with Excellent Staff and Communication"
This place is really good! It's older, but they take good care of it. The people who work there are excellent. They keep in touch with our family really well. It's perfect for my loved one. I think my friends and family should check them out too.

"Assisted Living Neglect Leads to Elderly Man's Hospitalization"
I need to let folks know about my Dad's terrible experience at this assisted living facility. They neglected him to the point that he became very dehydrated. He's had to spend more than a week in the hospital because of this. My Dad suffers from Alzheimer's, so this incident has really taken a toll on him. We've decided not to take him back there. To put it bluntly, he can't even go back right now, because he has to learn basic things again like talking, walking, and sitting up. This severe dehydration episode has really set him back. I'm really upset and angry about the whole situation. I just can't understand why they allowed this to happen to him!

"Toured Assisted Living Options"
I visited this place when I was checking out care options for my family member. The building was nice and tidy, and everyone I met was friendly and acted professionally. Although we chose a different community, this one could have been a good choice for my loved one.

"Great place with caring staff and spacious rooms!"
I trust this place for my mom. I chose this community for a few reasons. One was that they had a room available, and it was close to where I live. Her room is big, and the food is really good. The staff is very caring.

"Supportive and Friendly Community"
When I first visited this place, I noticed the residents looked happy. Some people were sitting outside in rocking chairs and chatting. The staff were all friendly. My relative wanted to take care of herself, so I found an Independent Living apartment for her. But within 2 months, her condition got worse, and she had to move into an assisted living room. Everyone helped me with the move. The maintenance person even moved some furniture! I wished I could do something nice for him, but the rules don't allow that. I've had some trouble dealing with my relative, and the staff listen to me patiently and give me encouraging words. They always take time to talk to you. My relative is happy there. She says everyone is ready to help her if she asks. It's only been two weeks since she moved into the AL room, but I believe she'll get used to it and meet more people. It's better for her than living alone in a big house, even though losing her house and independence is very hard. I highly recommend this place.
