"Well-Intentioned Staff Falls Short on Promises"
Overall, the people in charge are nice and mean well. But they don't have enough workers or a good system. They made big promises they couldn't keep.

"Assisted Living Facility Understaffed, Service Poor, Residents Neglected"
Lately, this place really lacks enough help. There aren't sufficient workers for all the people living here. The workers are friendly, but they have too much to do. It seems like they're taking shortcuts, and that's not good for the people living here. Considering how much money you pay to live here, the service is pretty bad. This includes giving out medicine, getting served in the dining room, and getting help from RCAs. It's all because they don't have enough help. People have talked to management about this problem multiple times.
