"Assisted Living Facility Review: Inconsistent Service and Staff Turnover"
My family member's room wasn't cleaned regularly by the staff. The food quality dropped from excellent to just okay after losing their chef. Often, the activities coordinator didn't appear, and scheduled activities were canceled. When a place is going through changes, it's tough to receive good service. There were many staff changes, including in administration.

"Great Value and Improved Dining Experience"
This place is a good deal for the money. The whole community works hard to keep high standards. Some staff didn't meet these standards and left. The Executive Director is open to talking and hearing feedback. The food has gotten a lot better since the new chef started. They serve three meals a day, and there are good choices for the residents.

"New Management Improving, Comfortable Living with Great Amenities"
The place went through some changes when we moved in because of new management, so the staff changes made things a bit confusing. But the new management has done a good job making it comfortable with all the things we expected. Everyone has been helpful and caring about what the residents need. It's a nice place and well maintained.

"Needs Improvement in Care and Communication"
I wouldn’t tell others to pick this place for family. We’re paying for help like moving around and meal times for our family member, but the place isn’t talking to us at all. They don’t answer our questions or worries. We also pay more for laundry twice a week, but they’re not doing it. So, we have to wash clothes ourselves to keep our family member in clean outfits.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is usually nice, but they change a lot. Employees come and go just when everyone gets used to them. The meals are terrible. My mom is diabetic, and every meal has pasta, noodles, or sandwiches. When she first got there, all meals were included. Now, she has to pay extra for dinner. They serve sandwiches most of the time for dinner. The meals don't change, but my mom said the kitchen staff is always different. They are the cheapest place near my house, so she is closer to me. Other than the food, I would recommend it under the old management, but he left and now someone new is in charge, so it's hard to say. I would recommend it and hope it stays good under the new management.

"Attentive Staff and Comforting Care at Vitality Assisted Living"
My mom has been at Vitality, and I'm happy with how they take care of her. When she needs help, they come right away, which makes me feel good. Everyone from the person who helped us decide to come here to the person who plans activities and all the other staff have been really good. The food is also impressive.

"Poor Management and Service at Assisted Living Facility"
The place looks good, but it didn't deliver a good experience for our family member. The management team was pretty bad and we had two major issues. First, they couldn't communicate well. Whenever we raised a problem, they'd say they'd fix it but never did. During the whole time our family member lived there, problems remained unsolved. They also messed up on managing her medications many times, giving her wrong doses or skipping some. Often, they didn't even know what they were giving her because a real nurse wasn't doing it. Our second issue was about the food. Our family member needed to have soft food, but for five months she only had two choices. Sometimes, she was given only a few things to eat all day. We had to talk to the vice president to try and fix this issue, but it didn't help. Also, staff members kept leaving and new ones coming in. Overall, our experience was totally awful.

"Facility Continues Charging after Unfairly Dismissing Resident"
This place tricked us. They made my mom leave because of her health, but they kept on billing us. They haven't given us any of our money back. I wouldn't tell anyone to move their loved ones here.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The food here needs work. One time, all we got was buttered noodles and rice. But some meals are okay. The cleaning crew does a good job in my apartment, from bathroom to kitchen. Staff members are fine, no issues. Sometimes the activities director brings drinks and snacks to our rooms on a cart. They give treats for Halloween and little goody bags for birthdays.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
The assisted living facility is in a great location, and the staff is friendly. My mom hasn’t encountered any issues there. The room sizes are nice, although the community layout is just okay. They offer a porch and patio for outdoor space. Unfortunately, my mom isn’t a fan of the food.
