"Disappointing Service at Brookdale Assisted Living Facility"

I've noticed a drop in services since Brookdale took over. The other day, my sisters had lunch with my Mom and had to wait an hour to get served. The room cleaning isn't good; the carpet keeps getting dirty. All the forks in her apartment have disappeared. People don't seem as friendly as they were when my Mom first arrived 2.5 years ago. At this time, we've seen a $571 increase with no improvement in service. That's a 16 percent increase. With everything else getting cheaper, please explain your increase.
