"Great Room with Lovely View and Private Patio"
We like our room because it has a nice view of a hayfield and our own private patio. We are always working with the food director to make sure we have good food. The size of the room is very important to us—it's bigger than most other places.

"Mixed Experience at The Bungalows"
My family member stayed at The Bungalows at Fayetteville before. He fell while using the toilet. His room was very hot, around 85 degrees. Some staff weren't reliable, and the boss didn't listen to our concerns. We met some nice workers, but the nursing care varied, and some didn't seem caring. We felt let down overall, although the place was mostly nice.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short, Improvement Needed for Care"
The place isn't great. It's kinda clean, staff mostly nice but a few are really mean. The care? Not good at all! Food is only okay for health, but kitchen and staff cleanliness is bad. When we left, they got better with activities, but they just want money. During COVID, they don't use gloves or follow hygiene rules in the kitchen. They even wanted my bedridden husband to leave for a fire drill, but I said no. Some other bad stuff happened too, like using shaving cream illegally. Thankful for the few good caregivers though!

"Lacking Comfort: Disappointing Atmosphere at Morningside Assisted Living"
I visited Morningside when I was checking out places to live. It looked alright, but what matters most to me is how a place feels. I want to walk in and feel totally at ease, but I didn't get that here. It just didn't feel like the right fit for me, so I picked a different place.
