"Be Careful: Mixed Experiences at Assisted Living Facility"
You might want to be extra careful before choosing this assisted living facility. Even though it had impressive references, our experience was far from perfect. The room was big, giving us a glimpse of hope– but remember, you have to pay for everything. One of the workers showed kindness to my family member, but that's where the positives end. My family members grew dehydrated and they did little to persuade them to eat, which was concerning. The head of the Facility was nice and polite, and the person in charge of activities was good too. But the rest of the staff was just terrible to deal with and they gave downright awful care to my loved one. Worst of all, they didn't even communicate about how my family member was doing. It's disheartening because things didn't have to turn out this way.

"Great care and food make it feel like family"
My mother-in-law lived here a few years ago, and I just moved my dad in this month. Many of the same staff are still here, which is a good sign. Everyone has been wonderful. My dad can’t stop talking about the food and the friendly people. It’s a small place, so everyone knows each other, and my dad has felt like part of the family from day one.
