"Disorganized and Uninformed: Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
The place is all over the place and doesn't know how to handle things. It's really disappointing! We chose it because it's close by and looks good. But they keep increasing my mom's rent every few months, which is not fair.

"Room for Improvement"
I think they need to clean the rooms better. Sometimes my loved one runs out of toilet paper or bags, which they're supposed to provide. The laundry should be done more often. They're attentive, but I don't think they check on my loved one every 2 hours like they said. The CNAs are great. Overall, it's pretty good, but there's room for improvement.

"Friendly Staff and Fun Activities for Residents"
The friendliness of the staff would get five stars if it weren't for the person at the front desk. They usually have a lot of activities for the residents to join in. We would recommend this community to others.

"No Pets Allowed, Despite Nice Atmosphere"
This place seems really nice, but they don't let you bring pets. My sister has a kitten and she won't want to leave it behind.

"Poor Care at The Manor for Assisted Living Needs"
My mom's health and memory got worse while staying at The Manor, but they didn't offer her the extra help she needed. She would not let them help her with things like cleaning her room and washing her clothes. They said she was difficult and didn't want their help. We finally moved her somewhere else and she's doing a lot better. She's always clean and so is her room, they take out her dirty laundry and trash, and I haven't heard anyone say she's being difficult or refusing help. So, if you or your family member are just looking for a place for seniors to live, The Manor might be okay. But, if you need a place where they actually help with daily tasks, you'll need to keep searching.

"Affordable, clean, and friendly staff."
My husband and I visited this place, and it was super clean. The staff were friendly and answered our questions. They had a cute, smaller room, but it was too expensive for us, so we picked another community.
