"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My time at the community has been mostly good, though I've needed to get the nursing staff more involved than they were at first. I picked this place because it seemed reasonably priced, but shortly after my sister moved in, they added on an extra level of care that costs $650 more each month. The billing department has made mistakes on invoices for the past three months, and I've had to go in and fix them with the accountant. The food there is okay, nothing special. I do wish they had more activities to keep my sister a bit busier.

"Friendly Staff and Safe Living, but Food Needs Improvement"
I would definitely recommend West Shores to others for Assisted Living. The staff are very friendly and quick to help my mom. She feels very safe at West Shores. Her room is quiet and feels more like an apartment. There is medical care on site, which is a big plus. The food is hit or miss and is our biggest complaint. Before moving in, we were told the food was great, but that hasn't been true for us. I hope this changes. Overall, West Shores is a nice place!

"“Improved Staff and Engaging Activities!”"
Our not-so-great experience was related to the accounting department and poor communication. However, things have improved since then. The staff is fantastic! They always organize activities to engage the residents. Overall, we’re quite pleased.
