"Great place for Dad Highly recommend for care and food."
My dad is in a great place here! He loves the food, and they take really good care of him. I've told a few people about it, and one even picked it for their loved one. Some of my friends' parents or relatives have been there too, or are there now.

"Considering Moving If Rent Rises"
I live at Woodland Heights. It's been okay. If they raise my rent like last year, I might move.

My dad lives in their memory care unit, and even though he can sometimes argue, the staff are really patient with him. They handle him better than I do."

"Understaffed and Inattentive Staff"
The assisted living facility had some good points: it was very clean, served great food, and offered plenty of activities. However, the staff wasn't attentive to the residents. They didn't check on them, and there was no follow-up when reaching out to the nursing supervisor or director. Calls and emails went unanswered. After my loved one fell and had a concussion, they didn't follow up properly. We had to search for the care staff—they weren't readily available. The facility is understaffed, with only one caregiver for the whole floor. Some staff even sat in their cars or lay down on the couches.

"Higher cost than anticipated, otherwise a pleasant community."
This place was nice but cost more than we expected.

"New Activities Director Enhances Assisted Living Facility Experience"
I believe everything they told us at the start has turned out to be true. For a while, they didn't have someone in charge of activities, and I think that hurt because there weren't many group activities available during that time. However, they have recently hired someone new, and it seems like they're doing a fantastic job now.

"Clean, updated facility with responsive staff; Mom feels at home."
Overall, this place is really clean and updated. The apartments are a good size and kept in great shape. The staff is quick to help and really cares. Honestly, I can't think of anything to complain about. My mom loves her apartment. It's in a beautiful spot and has lots of natural light. She feels really comfortable there.

"Virtual Tour Falls Short for Our Loved One"
Our family did a virtual tour, and our experience was just okay. The system they used wasn’t working as well as they hoped, so they didn’t take us around the community. Instead, they showed us pictures. Ultimately, we decided it wasn’t the right place for our loved one.” And here’s the headline: .

"Lackluster Assisted Living Facility"
The managers don't handle things well. The place needs fixing. The new manager isn't good and doesn't care much. They don't plan ahead. I wouldn't suggest this place to others.

""Paying Top Dollar for Subpar, Old-fashioned Care Facility""
Dim and cramped memory care area on lower levels. Same monthly price as newer, more updated facilities.

"Not the right fit for mom, too pricey and small"
I visited this place and thought it was nice. The extra care they offer costs a lot about $5,000 a month and the rooms were pretty small. My mom wouldn’t be happy here. The person who showed me around was friendly and answered all my questions, but we decided to look for another place.

"Perfect Community for a Smooth Transition and Friendly Atmosphere"
After moving my parents here, they’re finally getting comfortable. They’ve found a new church and are starting to make friends with the friendly residents. They like the food in the dining hall, and they also have a full kitchen in their apartment if my mom wants to cook. The community is being remodeled, so everything is new and looks great. The staff is really nice and helpful.
