"Deceptive Looks of Care Home, Poor English, Unjust Treatment"
Don't Be Fooled By Appearances. Looks can be really misleading. From the road, this place seems pretty okay, but get inside and you can tell what's really going on. Gosh, I wish someone had given me the inside scoop before. They make your loved one stay in bed practically all day except when it's time to eat. The folks working here are nice, but their English isn't so good. They actually told my Mom to keep an eye on her roommate. That's not her responsibility. They also put her in a diaper just so they wouldn't be bothered, even when she didn't need one.

"Deceptive Assisted Living Facility Delivers Poor, Insensitive Care"
I'd rather rate this place negative 5 stars if I could! Sure, the home is positioned in a nice neighborhood, and the building itself looks nice. But that's as far as the positives go. The staff can't even communicate in English. They manhandled my Mom and forced her to go to bed. Residents are only up for three scant meals per day, commonly a piece of bread with a slice of cheese. The food quality is lacking and options are limited. It seems they are more suited for those with Alzheimer's because if residents can function independently, they see it as trouble. My Mom was required to use a diaper just because the staff didn't want the hassle of taking her to the restroom. Don't let the exterior fool you! This place is far from pleasant and I wouldn't wish it on my worst adversary. I regret nobody warned me of this before I admitted my Mom here. Thankfully, she is no longer living there, thanks to God!
