"Mixed experience."
The assisted living facility has good staff and facilities. Communication could improve, and the food is bland. Still, I recommend it.

"High Praise for Arbor Ridge Staff"
Our family really likes Arbor Ridge Community because of the kind people who work there. They make sure my mother-in-law is happy and comfortable. We would tell other families to go there any time because we’ve had a good experience.

"Poor Communication and Covid Outbreak"
The communication with families is not good. Recently, there was a Covid outbreak, but we only found out about it from our loved one. When we asked for information, we didn't get much. Since our loved one tested positive for Covid, we had to ask the RN staff to check on her. Eventually, we had to take her to the ER because she became dehydrated. I'm not sure if I can recommend this place since I don't know how it compares to other similarly priced facilities.

"Poor Food Service and Unmaintained Facilities at Assisted Living"
The food here is a big problem. They run out often, and it takes forever to get served. They say they have internet, but you can only use it in the places where everyone hangs out. The shared laundry room is a mess as well. The dryer was packed with lint and it wouldn't dry the clothes properly. It's also a fire risk. My niece had to clean it and she got a whole bag of lint out of it. They should be taking care of this every week at the bare minimum.

"Newer Facilities with Friendly Staff; Small Restrooms, No Walk-in Showers"
I visited this place and it's nice. It looks newer than the other two buildings here. It's kept clean, and the staff are friendly. The only bad thing is that the bathrooms are very small and there are no showers you can walk into.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Staff and Meal Options"
This place has a lot of new people working all the time. When residents press the call buttons, they don't come quickly. The rooms for residents aren't cleaned well enough. The food used to be good when we ate in the dining room before COVID. But now, after COVID, they bring food to our rooms with only a few choices. Dinner is served at 4 pm, and there's no other time to eat. Lunch is done by 1 pm. The meal times aren't spread out right.

"Affordable and Cozy Assisted Living with Ideal Layout for Seniors"
This assisted living facility is on the smaller side but quite nice. It's kept relatively clean and offers suites that are just right for my Dad. The layout of the rooms is great, with a meandering floor plan and plenty of windows overlooking garden areas. One good thing is that they accept Medicaid patients. Among all the places we've visited so far, this one is probably the most affordable.

"Clean and Nice, Not Ideal for Independent Seniors"
This place was pretty and super clean, but it wasn’t the perfect match for my dad who likes to do things on his own. If we were looking just for my mom, it would have been great for her.

"Uncertain about comfort, resembles old hospital and not recommended."
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone unless they were really sick. When I visited, I saw a room with two beds right next to each other, and they only had a curtain between them. It felt kind of creepy and not like a place where I'd want to leave my loved one. It reminded me more of a scary old hospital than a cozy home.

"Mixed Feelings: Disappointing Experience at Amethyst Arbors Assisted Living"
My relative moving into Amethyst Arbors didn't go as planned. The place feels too large and complicated for her, and I don't think she receives adequate assistance from the staff. She's constantly feeling anxious, stressed, angry, and depressed here. We're giving it some more time, but I'm not confident. I wouldn't suggest this community to others.

"Assisted Living with Great Activities and Resort-like Feel"
My mom picked Generations at Pinnacle Peak because they have lots of fun things for residents to do. Because of COVID, she hasn't been able to do as much as she'd like. The place was pretty new, almost like a resort. It's nice and open with friendly staff. I would suggest it.
