"Unprofessional Agency Avoids Directly Discussing Service Availability"
I needed someone to assist with my husband's care. This agency visited our home and evaluated our situation. They said they would let us know if they could come and help. Shockingly, they couldn't even gather the courage to let me know directly that they couldn't offer us the needed help. They informed my advisor instead, who had to relay this disappointing news to me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

"Utter Lack of Professionalism in Home Care Agency"
An agency came to assess my husband and my needs for home care. Afterward, they were supposed to tell us if they could help us or not. But instead of being honest and calling me, they decided to tell my advisor that they couldn't help. Then, my advisor had to tell me. I truly thought it was an utmost unprofessional act on their part.

Daughter-In-Law
"Doing much better here!"
My father-in-law enjoys the patio and monthly karaoke. He has dementia and is doing much better here than at his last place because he gets good supervision. The facility has wander bars on the doors for safety. The food always smells great, but he misses his cookies and candy. They serve homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are only four residents, and he has his own room. The owner is there almost every day and takes care of both homes well.
