"Great Place with a Few Issues"
I would recommend this place. I chose it because the apartment looks nice and fits our furniture. The dining area is bright, and the servers are very nice. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, and there are lots of social activities. My mom doesn't join in, but they're there if she wants to. There was an electrical fire in the floor above her in October. It affected my mom's wing, and we're still waiting for repairs in the hallway and laundry room. They are taking a long time to fix it. Everywhere else looks great, but the people in the damaged area aren't happy. There's also a new chef since last summer who isn't popular because the menu repeats too much. Overall, I am very grateful to have found this place.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
When my relative left, many others were leaving too. Atria raised prices, which made it too expensive for our budget. Overall, it was nice. The staff were helpful, and the food was usually good. The apartment was fine for her needs.

"Atria Assisted Living: A Rocky Start"
We moved into Atria Assisted Living, and it wasn't a smooth experience. Let me break it down: 1. Dirty Apartment: When we got our apartment, it was really dirty. No one had cleaned it properly. There were even dead bugs on the floor! Yuck! 2. Amenities Trouble: The amenities, like cable TV, didn't work. I sent them pictures, but they kept saying it was fine. Not cool. 3. Rate Switch: They changed the price for the second person after we signed up. That's not fair! 4.Appliance Mess: Under the appliances, it was a mess. Crumbs from previous tenants and dead cockroaches—gross! 5. Unhelpful Staff: The front desk and administration weren't helpful. Some staff were rude. Maybe they were having a bad day? 6. No Tour: When my parents moved in, no one showed them around or explained anything. They were lost! 7.Dining Dilemma: In the dining room, no one seated or served them. Not a great first impression. Overall, Atria needs to step up their game. It feels like they care more about money than residents' comfort.

"Friendly and Convenient Assisted Living with Nice Atmosphere"
This place is really nice. The people who work here and the people who live here are all friendly and helpful. We chose this community because it's in a good location. I think other people would like it here too.

"Friendly Staff, Good Care, Billing Needs Work"
The staff here are super nice. They do a great job taking care of everyone and supporting the whole community. They should make their billing system better though. But I'd still tell other families to check it out.

"Staff Improvement Needed, Not Recommended for Families"
The main workers need to get better. I wouldn't suggest this place to other families.

"Maintenance and Cleanliness Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"
We saw roaches when we signed in. It happens sometimes. Also, [name removed], the maintenance man, said he'd put in a kitchen shelf for more storage back in March. It's still not there.
