"Comfortable Living with Attentive Staff and Plenty to Do"
The workers here are fantastic, and so are the folks living here. It's an old building, but they keep it clean and nice. The food is so-so, but you get three square meals a day. The people responsible for fixing stuff can take their time, but the cost is super manageable. They check on us every day and offer a bunch of activities for those who want to participate.

"Satisfied Stay, Helpful Staff, and Great Activities at Assisted Living"
To be honest, I really enjoy staying at this place. It's nice because the people who work here are always super kind and always ready to help me with anything I need. Plus, they serve all sorts of nutritious meals. A big bonus is that there are so many things to do here, so I get to hang out with the other folks living here. I wouldn't have a problem telling others to check out this place because it's well worth it and they really take care of you.

"Older Facility, Nice Staff & Location, Dead Bug Spotted"
The place has some quite old apartments and outdated furnishings. My mom even saw a dead bug in the shower during one of our visits. However, we enjoyed the outdoor area, location, and the employees were nice.

"Secure and Suitable, But Could Improve Meals"
I feel secure and the care I receive here meets my needs. So far, things have been pretty good but the food could stand to improve a bit. I've tried out some of the fun stuff they have on offer and found it enjoyable and fitting for me. Also, they keep this place nice and tidy every day. So far, the employees have been reliable and nice.

"Atria's New Staff Cares, But Water Could Be Improved"
The new crew at Atria really cares about my family member. She enjoys the meals, but doesn't like the water there and wishes they'd use a water filter. The place is kept really clean, and they clean her room every week.

""Decent Spot, But Fell Short for Individualized Care""
The place has a nice vibe, but it wasn't quite right for my family member. Neatness is a plus here, though it could use fresher furnishings. The team is generally pleasant and it's cheaper than many other facilities. It's really designed for those who can still handle a good deal by themselves. They couldn't provide the necessary care we required. Disappointingly, they contracted an external company to evaluate my family member which didn't turn out well. The apartments are fully exposed to the outside, making summer quite challenging if you're not heat tolerant.

"Pretty Good Place, Waiting for Boss's Call on Availability"
It looked pretty good, was in a nice area, but the boss wasn't around. She's supposed to call me about any open spots in the coming three months.

"Friendly Staff but Feels Like Big, Ungated Apartment Building"
We kind of liked the place, but it felt more like a big apartment building. The spot where our family member would be was far from the main area. So, she'd have to either walk a long way or wait for a ride on one of their golf carts. Also, there are no gates, so anybody could just come or leave. However, the people working there were really nice and gave us a bunch of information.

"Chatted with Boss, Pricey and Not Right for Dad, Try Elmcroft"
I talked to the head lady at the place. They're offering a one-bedroom room that has a patio for $1,795. This price includes food, cleaning, bed changes, and help with medicine. If you want more help though, like three and a half hours a week, it's $295. But if you need even more help, it's an extra $200. I went there and talked to the head lady, but I didn't look around. It wasn't what my dad needs. She was pretty nice though. She said we should try Elmcroft.

"Cleanliness Noted but Cheaply Made, Unhomey Rooms"
The place was neat, but rooms felt low-cost and unhomey.
