"Great location and spacious apartments, but indoor dining preferred."
My pal liked where it's at and the apartments were big enough. was super nice and tried to make the monthly cost lower. But my pal wasn't too keen on having to step outside to get to the dining room or other shared areas.

"Comfortable Living with Attentive Staff and Plenty to Do"
The workers here are fantastic, and so are the folks living here. It's an old building, but they keep it clean and nice. The food is so-so, but you get three square meals a day. The people responsible for fixing stuff can take their time, but the cost is super manageable. They check on us every day and offer a bunch of activities for those who want to participate.

"Beautiful and Welcoming Community"
My loved one lives at Atria Chandler Villas, and I really like the environment there. It’s nicely landscaped and tucked away in a quiet, residential area. The staff is very helpful and everyone is so welcoming. The food is good, and they have lots of activities and healthy living programs. Schedules are posted everywhere and delivered to all the residents’ doors so they always know what’s happening. This place is expensive, but it’s beautiful and comfortable, so I would definitely recommend it.

"Help is always available!"
After touring Atria Chandler Villas with Susan Griffin, we decided it was the perfect place for my sister. The move took some time, but we felt welcomed and embraced during that period. The staff is very attentive and great at following up on everything. The community has a helpful program where other residents act as ambassadors to show new residents around and help them settle in. The whole place has a "natural enthusiasm" that makes the experience joyful. My sister is still getting settled and looks forward to participating in many activities. We've met the chef, and the food is wonderful, especially the fresh bread. I can't say enough good things about this community. It’s close to our family, so we can visit often. We’ve been invited to enjoy some activities and meals together. There are nice common and open areas. We are very grateful to our advisor at A Place For Mom for referring us to Atria Chandler Villas. My sister is safe and secure, knowing that help is always available for her. I would highly recommend this community.

""Decent Spot, But Fell Short for Individualized Care""
The place has a nice vibe, but it wasn't quite right for my family member. Neatness is a plus here, though it could use fresher furnishings. The team is generally pleasant and it's cheaper than many other facilities. It's really designed for those who can still handle a good deal by themselves. They couldn't provide the necessary care we required. Disappointingly, they contracted an external company to evaluate my family member which didn't turn out well. The apartments are fully exposed to the outside, making summer quite challenging if you're not heat tolerant.

"Pretty Happy"
I live more independently in the community, and it’s been pretty good so far. The staff and caregivers are super nice, caring, and friendly. The other residents are also really nice. My only complaint is about the food—they serve a strange variety that I’m not always interested in. The meal hours are also a bit weird for instance, dinner ends at 6:00. But there are stores nearby, and the neighborhood is pretty nice. Overall, it’s a great community.

"Just like a cruise experience!"
I moved in recently and really like it here. One night, I saw someone trying to break into my neighbor’s house while I was on my balcony. I wasn’t hurt, but it did make me worried. Even so, I’m staying because it’s such a nice place. I don’t participate in activities, but I walk my dog several times a day, and that’s all I need. I’ve gotten a lot stronger since moving in. "Amazing community with great food and wonderful staff!"
Atria Chandler Villas is an amazing community. She really loved living here. The food is great; they have a chef who cooks fresh meals using fresh produce, not canned food like other places. Their response time when residents press the button is really fast, and we were impressed when our loved one used it. They let you paint, change faucets, and make the room feel like home. The doors open to the outside, giving a resort feel, not like a regular apartment. Her balcony is huge. The staff is super helpful, and you have the freedom to live how you want. We’d recommend them to anyone.

"Friendly Staff but Feels Like Big, Ungated Apartment Building"
We kind of liked the place, but it felt more like a big apartment building. The spot where our family member would be was far from the main area. So, she'd have to either walk a long way or wait for a ride on one of their golf carts. Also, there are no gates, so anybody could just come or leave. However, the people working there were really nice and gave us a bunch of information.

"Visited for approx. 1 1/2 hour. Found Bright, Clean, and Concerns About Size"
I visited the assisted living facility for about an hour and a half. The place was bright and clean, and they answered all our questions openly. The residents seemed to be doing well both mentally and physically, and the menu looked appealing. The individual units were a good size. However, our only concern was the facility's large size—over 8 acres. We worried that my mom, who gets tired after exercising, might have too far to walk to the dining area, which could keep her confined to her apartment.

"Chatted with Boss, Pricey and Not Right for Dad, Try Elmcroft"
I talked to the head lady at the place. They're offering a one-bedroom room that has a patio for $1,795. This price includes food, cleaning, bed changes, and help with medicine. If you want more help though, like three and a half hours a week, it's $295. But if you need even more help, it's an extra $200. I went there and talked to the head lady, but I didn't look around. It wasn't what my dad needs. She was pretty nice though. She said we should try Elmcroft.
