"Friendly Atmosphere and Helpful Staff at The Palms Assisted Living"
A few people really influenced my choice to move to The Palms. Almost everyone we spoke to seemed really happy with their new lives there. They were very open about their experiences. Whenever we asked staff members questions, they always took time to answer and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Almost everyone who lives there said we would love it too.

We really appreciate the spacious apartments, delicious food, and great value for our monthly payment at The Palms in Sun City. The dining room is especially impressive.

"Mixed Feelings About The Palms at Sun City"
We visited The Palms at Sun City while looking for an Assisted Living facility for our family member. The place was nice and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to the residents. However, the whole facility seemed old-fashioned and a bit gloomy.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place doesn't have enough food workers currently, but they're hiring more to help. It just takes a while to get them ready. They offer many activities, but I haven't had time to join in yet.

"Community Provides Good Care, Needs Updates"
The community took good care of my loved one, but they need to update the facility and replace the carpet. I'd recommend it to others.

"Nice Place with Great Food, Needs More Staff"
I like where this place is, and the rooms are really big. My apartment is in a great spot. The staff and services are very nice and wonderful, but there aren’t enough of them. The meals are great, and the food is wonderful, but the service isn’t that great. The maintenance team isn’t very quick to respond to requests.

"Comfortable Assisted Living with Dining Room Challenges"
The food is a bit oily and salty, but portions are good. You can order like in a restaurant and take it back to your room, which is nice for those who prefer it. The dining room is open all day, but they could use more staff there. The apartments are really nice, like living in a resort. Each room has some kind of view, and the location is great with stores nearby.

"Assisted Living Facility Shows Promise Amid Changes"
I picked this place because the rooms are big, it's in a good spot, and they offer rides to doctors and stores since I can't drive. They also have lots of fun stuff for residents. They're getting better after a tough year with COVID, but I hope they improve food and maintenance.

"Exceptional Care and Value"
The staff here is top-notch, and our 100-year-old loved one appreciates their care. While the food could be warmer and more veggie-packed, we understand. Limited activities, but they’re trying their best. Exceptional value for the cost.”

"Assisted Living Improvements Show Promise"
They're starting to reopen the dining room and bring back activities. Compared to other places, this community offers good value.
