The place is super clean, never messy when I visit. The staff is always friendly and polite, and they talk to us all the time. The care they give is good, but my loved one needs a bit more than they can provide. Still, they’re great about bringing in outside experts when needed. Lotus Valley Assisted Living is worth the price—they plan activities just right for each resident.
