"Subpar Living Conditions And Neglect At Assisted Residence"
In truth, I couldn't suggest this facility to anyone. The meals are substandard, with the lowest grade meat available and menus not following proper nutrition guidelines. They claim to provide activities for the residents, but it's not the case. There's just one staff member in charge of activities once a week. You'll often find caregivers distracted, either chatting or using their cell phones, while residents are left half-asleep in front of the TV. The front window has been broken for an extended period. The staff also lacks politeness. My parent stayed there for 8 months. I advise seeking out other options, as the proprietors appear indifferent towards problems like inadequate heating, broken windows or rodent infestations.

"Great Staff, Renovations in Progress"
This place is fixing up, only had 2-bed rooms now. Staff's nice, tenants seem happy. They serve real, home-cooked meals three times a day and give snacks when asked. My sister needs her own room, so we'll check back after renovations for a private one. Rating is for now, might be 5 stars after renovations.

"Dingy Facility Needs Repairs; Unimpressed by Living Conditions"
I bet the staff here are really nice, but just by looking at this place you can tell it's kind of run down and needs a lot of work. The rooms are really small and have only twin beds for sharing. The dryer was just kind of sitting on top of a table in the kitchen because it looked like it wasn't working. All of the residents were just hanging out in the living room watching TV. I wasn't impressed at all.
