"Great care and personal attention make this facility exceptional!"
My wife has lived here for over 3 years. The staff does a great job taking care of her, making sure she eats well, drinks enough, stays clean, and her room is tidy. My wife can be picky and hard to please, but she’s always happy with her care. Two years ago, the insurance company asked about her care and if she had any concerns. The woman in charge has even groomed my wife, cut her hair, and gave her a pair of her own shoes so we could go out to dinner.

"Stay Clear: Unprofessional Caretaker and Unwelcoming "Care Home""
The caretaker here is downright impolite and extremely unprofessional. Her kids are constantly underfoot, and she's pretty harsh and uncaring. Our family had to rush to move our relative from this so-called 'care home.' Please don't subject your loved one to this place.

"Unprofessional Caregiver and Chaotic Environment - Avoid This Home!"
The caregiver here is super rude and very unprofessional. Her kids are always all over the place and she's really blunt and unfriendly. My family had to move our relative out immediately. I highly advise against putting your loved one in this "care home.

"Horrific Conditions at Assisted Living Facility"
This assisted living facility is utterly abysmal and I forcefully discourage anyone from considering it. The level of care, far from being beneficial, is shockingly poor. One instance showing their lack of care was when a woman developed bed sores from not being responsibly turned in bed or helped to get out. Despite her thirst, she wasn't adequately provided with fluids throughout the day. Indeed, there's a persistent and unpleasant smell of urine that's deeply unsettling. The residents, or patients, are hardly ever seen moving around. All I've seen are the family members - about seven children, along with their parents. The homeowner, the woman in charge, is downright rude and short-tempered. There's also a horrible tendency to overdose the residents with medication. So many dreadful things have occurred in this facility. Please place your dear ones in a facility where they can fully function and not be confined to their beds all day. I fully understand that hospice is for people near the end of their life, but the practices in this facility cannot be justified by any means.
