"Reliable Care and Prompt Service at Assisted Living Facility"
It's been really good. My dad needs rides for his dialysis, and their driver was always on time. The place is near a nature preserve, so the air is cleaner. Whenever he asked for assistance, they were quick to help. The maintenance team often completed tasks before he even asked. We bought him a recliner that needed assembly. We planned to do it on the weekend, but the maintenance guy did it for him.

"Cozy community, friendly staff, suited for specific needs."
I think it's okay, but only for certain folks. We chose it because it's not too big, and everyone here is nice and kind.

"Caring Staff and Engaging Activities"
We really appreciate the friendly staff at Bethesda Gardens. They take great care of my mom and involve her in various activities. We'd definitely recommend this community to other families.

"Mismanagement at Bethesda Gardens: Unsatisfactory Care and Poor Communication"
Our experience with Bethesda Gardens was anything but satisfactory. Merely two months in, we found ourselves pulling Mom out and giving up a $2500 deposit. I had repeatedly voiced my worries to the chief in charge, yet I felt left in the dark about any potential improvements. As a matter of fact, after having spoken with him, yet another problem arose. I tried to get in touch with them; it was Sunday evening around 8.30, but no one picked up. I got so anxious that I left a message with the director that I might have to engage the police to ensure Mom’s safety. The director rang me back in haste and confessed that he, too, had tried contacting the site during “off hours” and came across the same issue. Based on our previous experiences with care homes for the elderly, we understand how they're supposed to function. Given this, I wouldn’t advise anyone to consider Bethesda Gardens for their loved ones.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Clean and Spacious but Lacking Homey Feel"
We checked out Bethesda Gardens for Mom. It's super clean and pretty. Apartments are small but okay for 1 or 2. Hallways are wide and tidy. It was quiet, not many people around. They had a movie night with popcorn, cool chairs. Maintenance folks were nice and neat. Didn't feel like home though. It's huge with long hallways. No bad smells, more like a hotel vibe.

"Limited Room Photos at Assisted Living Facility"
I really like the scenic mountain surroundings and the outdoor areas. However, there are no room photos available. This facility only offers assisted living.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Welcome, Clarity, and Comfort"
We were bummed out when we got there 'cause nobody was at the front desk to say hi for like 10 minutes. Then they handed us this paper with prices, but nobody was around to explain what each one included. The big bosses weren’t even in their office. The rooms were super small and stinky. All in all, it felt kinda sad and empty there.
