"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"

We went for a tour and felt it wasn't great. It felt more for assisted living, not independent. Our family member can manage alone, but it felt restrictive. Grounds weren't impressive either.

"Friendly Community with Great Food and Activities"

I like eating with friends in the dining room every day. We keep fit by working out and enjoying tasty meals. It's great that helpers are always there when we need them. With so many fun things to do, we're never bored.

"A Pleasant Visit"

I enjoyed touring this community. The person who showed me around was nice, and the place was neat. It’s a bit smaller than our first choice, but it was our second favorite.

"Assisted Living Facility Not Ideal for Larger Wheelchairs"

I visited this place, but it wouldn't have been good for my loved one. The rooms seemed really small and the doorways were tiny. It would've been hard for my loved one since her wheelchair is big. Overall, it wasn't quite right for us.

"Not Quite the Right Fit for My Loved One"

I visited this place, but it wouldn't have been great for my loved one. The rooms seemed really small, and the doorways were tight, which would have been tough for her because she uses a larger wheelchair. Overall, it just wasn't quite the right fit.

"Staff Shortage Alert!"

I recently visited this assisted living community with my loved one, and things were just okay. During the tour, the staff took us to a room to demonstrate how quickly they respond when the buzzer is pressed for help. Unfortunately, we waited for over twenty minutes, and no one came. This raised serious concerns for me. Additionally, it was clear that they were understaffed in various areas.

"Things are going well"

The community is super clean and well-kept. Mom enjoys the food, though more variety would be nice. They have daily activities, and the staff is fantastic. I recommend this place.

"My Tour"

This place was our backup option. It’s tidy, and the staff we encountered were friendly. Although it’s a smaller community, the cost was slightly beyond what we could afford.
