"Comfortable Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Satisfactory Meals"
The workers are nice. They clean okay. Moving in was simple. Food is okay. My time at North Chandler Place has been alright! I think others would like it too.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
When we arrived, they promised cleanliness improvements, but nothing's changed. Staff's trying harder, but more effort's needed. They have housekeeping, but I've had to remind them unnecessarily. Communication's decent. Food's not good and needs upgrading, though there's variety. Wouldn't rush to recommend to others. Overall, it's okay, but needs work.

"Neglectful Staff and Denial of Accountability at North Chandler"
My friend, who had a stroke, lived at North Chandler Place for half a year. I took her out for a meal last week. But then... the unskilled staff dropped her from the hoyer lift and she passed away within a week. She had lived a beautiful, active life even after her stroke for many years. This place is terrible! Don't send your family here! The management would not own their mistakes.

"Improvements Underway at Assisted Living Facility"
This place has made good changes recently. They needed better staff, especially the manager and kitchen workers. For a month, there was no heating or AC. She called them many times, and they finally got a new facilities manager and fixed it. The food is much better now, but they've had some staff changes that made things less consistent. Housekeeping has had problems too, especially with hallways and carpets. They're trying hard to fix it, and I think they will. The apartments are nice after updates, but the rest of the building needs work. The activities director is amazing and does a great job.

"Great Improvements and Spacious Living at Frontier Assisted Living"
Frontier bought this place from Brookdale about a year ago. Before that, Brookdale stopped putting money into the facility because they were going to sell it. When Frontier took over, there was some confusion at first. But they hired a new executive director three months ago who has experience in VA healthcare. He’s doing a great job improving the place and is very hands-on. We can see the changes he's making. They also hired a new independent living director and a new chef. Both are making improvements, especially the chef, who is improving the meals. The facility is getting updated with new landscaping and many upgrades. They don’t require huge deposits and offer month-to-month leases. We love our apartment, which has two balconies and lots of natural light. The unit sizes here are much larger than other places we looked at. Our apartment is 1,330 square feet with huge walk-in closets. The only thing missing is an oven. The facility feels like a relaxed campus with lots of outside space and greenery, and they’re working on more landscaping. We would recommend this facility to others. They have a lot of potential and are making changes step by step.

"Limited meal choices, staff turnover, mobility needed, but good apartment satisfaction."
I wish I knew about the food before coming. Constant staff changes. Limited meal options, like McDonald's. Mobility needed. Satisfied with apartment.

"North Chandler Place Faces Staffing Challenges"
I suggest checking out other communities. North Chandler Place has rules that change weekly. The food here is decent, but the chefs have been temporary lately. The dining room staff also changes frequently. Staffing levels in the community are currently low.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The people who work there are really nice and helpful. They have a lot of services available. We appreciate that we can choose what care our loved one gets and the help she needs. It's good that she can stay there as she gets older because moving her would be hard. The activities they have are enjoyable.
