I recommend this place, but it's a bit pricey for me. Overall, the experience has been good. The staff handles the challenging patient well, and the food is very good.

"Constant Management Changes with Unpleasant Health Director at Facility"
Bad experience. This assisted living facility has gone through 3 different owners since they finished building it. The people in charge keep changing and it's hard to even keep up with how many staff members have left. The only good thing lately was the new director, but the new health director was way too pushy. I wouldn't want this person taking care of someone important to me.

"Caliche Memory Care's Neglect Endangers Life of Dementia Patient"
Rewrite: Absolutely NEVER take your family to Caliche Memory Care Center! They aren't equipped to take care of people suffering from dementia. Throughout my mom's stay, we faced countless problems. She didn't get her dementia medicine for three months in a memory care center no less! I brought this up but was only told they'd look into it. There were also several medication mix-ups. Someone even stole stuff from her room. Twice she was found on the floor after falls. She even lost her emergency call button twice - one time was by the director - leaving her unable to get help. She ended up in the hospital, dangerously dehydrated, which led to organ failure. This happened while family wasn't able to visit because of COVID-19 rules. I've heard many excuses about their issues, like blaming it on old staff, or the new ones needing more time to adjust.

"Dad's Place Review: Unimpressive Layout and Ambiance"
When I checked out this place for my dad, I wasn't impressed. It didn't feel right. I noticed a smell right away, and the building layout was confusing. All the halls looked the same, making it hard to know where you are. When you're struggling with memory, you need clear and stable surroundings. In the end, I picked a different place.
