"Mixed Feelings About Facility's Services"
Overall, this place is pretty good, but there are some things that need fixing. They should hire at least one more caregiver. The food is too fancy sometimes and not everyone likes it. The servers don't always know about new dietary needs. Everyone is nice and tries to help when they can.

Our relative is happy; staff friendly, clean common areas, communication lacking. Concerns about staff turnover and compensation.

"Poorly Managed Facility, Unclean Rooms and Unsatisfied Staff"
The place seems tidy from outside but the rooms aren't cleaned properly. The folks in charge didn't respond well and you could never contact them. The caretakers tried hard but got no support. I say, don't bring your loved ones here.
