"Feels Like Home with Great Attention to Care"

I've got home care set up for my friend now, but this place seems like the best option when he needs to move into a community. The price is much lower than some other places, probably because it's new. There are 10 buildings, but only 4 are open right now, with 6 more being built. Each building has 8 residents, and they offer a lot of hands-on care. They even pick up residents from their rooms for meals and check on them if they don't show up, which shows they're really paying attention. The place feels more like a home—comfortable, clean, and nice, without being flashy. When I toured, the residents were out and about, not stuck in their rooms. They have 2 caregivers for every 8 people during certain hours and 1 caregiver at night in each building, with security outside. They help with showering, dressing, and other needs. There's a security deposit, a non-refundable admin fee, and a service plan with an RN for $90. Updates every 6 months cost $60. I met a young woman there who seems to be the assistant manager, and she really impressed me with her professionalism and knowledge. She took her time with me even though she was busy. Overall, I'd recommend this place.
