"Friendly Place, More Independent Than Needed"
I visited this place and it was quite nice. All the people were nice too. It just felt more like a place for people who can do more things on their own than what we were searching for.

"Top-notch Care and Comfort at Cascades Assisted Living Facility"
Over the years, my mom has loved living at Cascades. She gets great care, good food, and lots of interaction with staff and other residents. She really enjoys what Cascades has to offer, like activities and making new friends. The activities keep her engaged and she feels very safe there. The staff are amazing, always polite and friendly, and they really focus on the residents' needs. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, which everyone respects. Even Toby, my mom's little companion, is loved by all (except when he growls at me!). Well done Cascades of Tucson! Overall, my family gives Cascades "Five Stars" in every category!

"Assisted Living Facility Tour Review"
Our family visited the facility in person and had a pleasant tour experience. However, it didn't quite feel like home to us.

"A Great Place to Live"
I've lived at Cascades of Tucson for more than 5 years as an independent resident, and I think it's a great place to live. The place is always kept really clean, and the cleaning staff are always around when you need them. The other residents and the staff at Cascades are all really friendly and ready to help out. Living here is something I really enjoy.

"Tucson Facility's Neglect Leads to Family Regret"
My grandpa, who was 96 years old, lived at the Cascades of Tucson for a month before his death. After his hip surgery, he had a welcoming start, but that didn't last. He had a terrible encounter with a nasty dining room server during a lunch, which upset him so much, he began questioning his stay there. Not too long after, he fell in the dining room because no one noticed his need for his walker. They rushed him to the ER for stitches and no family was informed. I only found out when I couldn't reach him and called the facility's front desk. Eventually grandpa was hospitalized with pneumonia, and a huge, reopened wound from his surgery, which the caregivers who bathed him and checked on him nightly, overlooked. Don't let the outer looks of this terrible place fool you. My grandpa's death was tough and I deeply regret his move to this place for his health.
