"Castle Canyon Neglects Duty, Blames Hospice Instead"
At Castle Canyon, a resident was receiving Hospice aid. The assistant there blamed the Hospice helper for not changing the patient's diaper or waking him up. They said the patient must wait in a soaked diaper until the Hospice aid arrives. However, that’s not the Hospice helper's duty, and just because a resident has extra help, doesn’t mean Castle Canyon shouldn’t have to provide care. This is unlawful, as the resident is compensating Castle Canyon for these services they’re not receiving. This will be brought to the attention of the right authorities.

"Friendly Staff, Fancier Options"
Castle Canyon Assisted Living was a neat and tidy place we visited. The staff was super nice and knew a lot, answering all our questions. We picked a fancier community for Mom, with more female residents.

"Caring and Friendly Assisted Living Community"
I would recommend this place to my family and friends. I haven't tried the food myself, but my dad likes some of it. When he moved in, his friend gave them a list of foods he enjoys, and they try to make those for him. The owners are really nice and always answer my questions and concerns. The couple who help take care of my dad are excellent. They don't have activities, but that's okay because my father doesn't join in any.

"Disorganized, Unpleasant, Not Suitable for Mom."
My 3pm appt. was a mess. No owner, new caregivers, smelly. Not for Mom.

"Perfect care and support for loved ones with Alzheimer's"
Castle Canyon Assisted Living was suggested to our family by A Place for Mom, and it turned out to be just right for us. Willy and Gee Gee made us feel right at home for our father, who has Alzheimer's. The place is calm and peaceful, and the residents get great care. Willy and Gee Gee really know their stuff and helped us with hospice and other services to keep my father comfortable. Their kindness to both the family and the residents has been incredible, especially during such a tough time. I strongly recommend this facility.
