"Great Facility, But Some Improvements Needed"

The community is very clean and the kitchen is spotless, but housekeeping in the residents' rooms, especially for our loved one, could be better. The owner could be more friendly and accommodating. There should be more activities for the residents, and it's frustrating to always have to give 24 hours' notice before visiting. We wish we didn't have to give that notice every single time.
