"Mixed Feelings About Senior Living Facility"
My mom and dad came to C.W.I.L. Dad passed away in [date removed], and Mom recently moved to C.W. Assisted Living. What they loved most were the friendships with other residents and the support staff. There have been many improvements suggested by residents through committees, but these often don't get fully resolved. Budgets are tight, and management has limited resources, which many residents understand. Unfortunately, like in many senior facilities, profits often seem to come before people and services.

"Chapparal Winds provides friendly, caring assisted living."
I chose Chapparal Winds for my stepmom after checking out other places. The staff is super friendly and caring, from the front desk to the experienced caregivers. She loves being able to decorate her apartment with her own furniture. We visit often.

"Mom's Happy New Home"
Mom was unsure about leaving our house, but it seems to be getting better for everyone now. After a few weeks, she seems really happy. We brought her furniture and put up some curtains, and she likes the people who take care of her. She even gave one of them the nickname Gracious The place is only about 3 miles away, so it's easy for us to visit her. We're glad we picked this place.

"Mixed experiences over years, mostly satisfied but TV service lacking."
We lived at this place for several years and saw a lot of changes. Some were good, but others not so much. Many employees came and went during our time here, including managers, maintenance workers, cleaners, and lots of different people in the kitchen and dining room. Overall, we're happy with the place, but the TV service could be better.

"Cozy and Personalized Living"
The apartments and casitas at Chaparral Winds feel just like cozy homes. Residents can personalize their spaces with paint and flooring changes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. While there are a few minor issues in the dining room due to understaffing, it’s almost a 5-star experience.

"Clean Facility, Friendly Staff, but Far Location for Parents"
My folks found the place too distant, but [name removed] was helpful. The place was tidy, and the staff were nice.

"Issues with missing items, had to move mom out."
My mom used to live there, but we had problems. They took care of her, but things kept disappearing. I think they were being stolen, so I had to make the tough decision to move her out.

"Things Kept Going Missing"
My mom stayed there for a while, but we had some problems. They cared for her, sure, but a bunch of her things kept going missing. To me, it seemed like someone was actually taking them. I ended up having to make the tough choice of moving her away.
