"Good care, tasty food, some activities"

My mom lives here now. I think she is doing okay. The staff communicates well with me, and I feel she is safe. My mom likes the food they make. She has done a few activities, too.

"Fantastic Assisted Living with Great Care and Comfortable Environment"

I visited Constant Care on 6th St. while looking for a group home for my dad. I was really impressed with this place. It’s located in a nice, older neighborhood in central Phoenix, on a quiet street. The home has been completely remodeled. It has an open floor plan with a big wall of glass that looks out onto a lovely backyard with a nice patio and lots of plants. There’s even a treehouse, which would be great if you have younger kids visiting Grandma or Grandpa. I always look for a good patio when choosing a home for an elderly person because it makes visiting more enjoyable. It’s much nicer to sit outside if the weather is good than being stuck indoors. There are only 5 residents and 2 caregivers at all times, so the residents get a lot of attention. They seem very flexible about meeting individual needs. The place is very clean and modern but still feels cozy. Jamie, the owner, knows a lot about medications and elderly care. If you want a lovely, calm, and caring place for your loved one in central Phoenix, this is definitely a great choice!
