"Lackluster Assisted Living Facility Experience in Yuma, AZ"
This place looks nice indoors, but outside it's plain. No trees, just desert. It's far from everything, and there's no store nearby. When we visited, my wife's dad wasn't taken care of properly; he was wet and hadn't had his medicine. It was hard to find someone to help. The staff is friendly, but there's not enough of them. Some seem unhappy and overworked. If you can't afford better, it'll do, but it's not ideal.

"Great care, lots of fun: Recommend for loved ones."
When we were searching for a home for my family member, we chose this place because they take really good care of everyone, have lots of cool stuff to do, and it feels super safe there. They have tons of activities like studying the Bible and fitness classes such as senior Zumba. It does cost a bit more, but I think other people should check them out too.

"Pricey Assisted Living!"
I was planning to tour this place for my mom, but when I learned the cost, it was too expensive. It costs more than other places nearby and offers similar services.

"A Pleasant Place"
My mother-in-law was doing really well here before she got sick, but now she's slowly recovering. Before her illness, she enjoyed the activities and social events and liked being around other residents. The community is smaller, which suits her better because it's not as noisy as some others. The caregivers are super friendly and sweet, and the food is good.

"Copper Place: Good Care, Spacious Accessibility"
The place works well for my sister and her husband. I sometimes wonder how much help they get. Usually, it's good, but I worry if their care needs change, the staff will have enough time for them. They're really good at keeping things clean. Both my loved ones have incontinence, and they make sure to change them if they're soiled. Overall, Copper Place does a pretty good job. We picked it partly because the hallway from the room to the restroom is spacious, which helps my brother-in-law, who uses a wheelchair.

"Quality care but staffing is a concern."
The place works well for my sister and her husband. Sometimes I wonder how much help they receive. Most of the time, it's good, but I worry about staff availability if their care needs change. They're diligent about cleanliness, especially for my loved ones with incontinence. Overall, Copper Place does a pretty good job. We chose it partly because of the spacious hallway connecting the room to the restroom, which is essential for my brother-in-law who uses a wheelchair.

"Excited to Join"
I haven't fully moved into this community yet, but I've started the process. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly during this transition. They offered to assist with moving my furniture and hanging any decor on the walls. What really sold me was how clean everything is and how professional the staff has been.

"Helpful assisted living facility; Aunt may get used to it."
They're pretty useful and I believe my Aunt may enjoy it once she's more accustomed to it.

"A positive facility."
The Copper Place facility is super clean, and the staff is super friendly. However, the caregivers need better training to handle different resident care levels. It seems they lack knowledge and resources for advanced care.

"Warm and Supportive Staff Enhance Resident Experience"
The folks at Copper Place are super nice and really helpful. Mom could bring her dogs, which was awesome. They've made an effort to engage her with other residents, which I really like.

"“Spotless and Welcoming Staff”"
The Copper Place facility is super clean, and the staff is super friendly. But, you know, the care plan didn’t quite match what we had in mind initially. We sorted it out, though. Seems like communication hiccups were the main culprit.
