"Safe Haven for Those Without Family"
It’s the only place I know where I can go. I don’t have any family.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
They should try harder to keep good staff. Social workers change too often. I wouldn't let my friend stay until they find someone kinder and more interested in people than numbers. She left just two months after he moved in. They need to improve how they care for both residents and staff.

"Underwhelming Tour Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Our family toured the place in person, but there were still some rules like wearing masks. We’re rating it 2.5 stars because even though they knew we were coming, they seemed unprepared. The lady giving the tour didn’t know which rooms were open or how much they cost, so we left feeling disappointed.

"Ideal Home for Loved Ones"
They're fitting right in. It's nice here, folks are friendly and helpful. Place stays tidy, with a neat courtyard for events. Food's decent, lots of fun activities like music and exercise classes. Wednesday happy hour's a hit, parents love watching people dance. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

"Great Assisted Living Experience"
My Dad stayed here and had a great time. The place was really nice. He stayed for a few days and was super happy. When we picked him up, he had a big smile. He can be picky, but he didn’t complain at all. The place is cheerful and doesn’t feel old-fashioned. He liked the meals and had flexibility with meal times. They have a Vet’s meeting there, which he loved. Since my Mom passed away, he missed socializing, so it was nice he could join in activities. Now he knows some people there and wants to attend happy hours. It was a really good experience, just like the reviews said. I'd recommend it.

"Great place for dad to settle in happily!"
My dad is doing well at Cottonwood Village. The biggest problem is that they are still remodeling. The place is very clean, and the staff is really friendly. My dad seems happy there. He said he likes the food, which is a big deal since he is a picky eater. There are many activities and field trips for the residents who want to join in, including trips to the nearby casino and BBQs. They also have a shuttle that takes residents to doctor appointments and shopping. I would definitely recommend Cottonwood Village to my family and friends.

"Safe and Caring"
This community is nice and safe. The staff is helpful and very friendly. They offer a lot of activities, although not in town. The food is good with a nice variety. It could be a little cleaner, but overall, I recommend this community to other families for the good care.

"Excellent care in a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment"
I was really nervous when I had to leave my brother at Cottonwood Village, but the manager was amazing from the start. She guided us through a tough time and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Every caregiver we've met has been wonderful, and the care my brother has received has been top-notch. The place is always clean, friendly, and feels like home. I highly recommend Cottonwood Village for anyone looking for a caring place for their loved ones.

"Decent Facility, Clean with Good Food, Just Not Outstanding"
This place is doing alright but it's not amazing. The facility is clean and the workers are nice. There are many residents who need lots of help, which takes up most of the staff's time. I haven't heard anything bad about the food so, they're probably seasoning it pretty well.

"Amazing support during a tough transition!"
We had to handle everything long distance since we live out of state, but they made it super easy for us. They were very accommodating and even provided a short-term storage facility for some items during the move. They did little things to make the process smooth and pleasant. Whenever there’s been a minor issue, they respond quickly. We are very happy with Cottonwood Village!

"Assisted Living Provides Good Food and Smooth Transition for Dad"
I'm really pleased with this place. The food is tasty, and even my dad, who can be picky, has found plenty he enjoys. He's dealing with dementia, so I was worried about how he'd handle the move from Colorado. But within a week, he seemed to settle in just fine, which was a huge relief for me.

"Great Staff and Clean Facilities"
Our time at Cottonwood Village has been really good. The staff is awesome, and the place smells nice, unlike some others I've seen. My mom's only been here for a week, but I think we made the right choice.

"Decent Place, but Only Two Meals in Independent Living"
It seems decent, but they only serve 2 meals for independent living. I appreciate the assisted living choice, though.
