"Desert Breeze: Mixed Experience"

Desert Breeze seemed good at first, but there were problems. The staff was too strict, the room had broken blinds, and the back yard was blocked. They watched TV instead of caring for patients. Overall, not great.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"

This place was a letdown. They lost my mom's laundry, and she's left without socks. The staff is friendly, but I worry she might have died if we hadn't taken her to the hospital. Mom spent four days there with pneumonia before we moved her elsewhere. The shower was gross when they washed her. It's a 4-bedroom house with five people, yet she had no one to talk to or any activities. On the bright side, the home-cooked meals were good. However, the owner expected me to pay for my mom's meds, which made me uncomfortable.

"Downcast Experience: Mom’s Needs Ignored, Unkept Facilities"

Sadly, this place was a letdown. My Mom's laundry got mishandled and she currently doesn't even have socks. People are friendly, but her medical needs were ignored. She looked really sick and ultimately landed in the hospital for pneumonia. She expressed disgust over the dirty shower here. Five people shared a four bedroom house but she still felt lonely with no one to promote interaction and activity. On a good note, the food was home-cooked and pleasing. The owner took it upon herself to fetch Mom's medication, expecting reimbursement, which I did not find agreeable.

"Warm and Clean Assisted Living with Lovely Garden"

My sister and I wanted a good place for our 87-year-old dad. They were friendly from the start. The house is in a nice neighborhood, bright, spacious, and clean. The backyard has a beautiful garden. It's a nice place, and I believe they would have taken good care of my dad. The people there weren't as active as we hoped, but maybe it was the time we visited. We didn't choose this place because it's too far from our homes.

"Warm and Clean Assisted Living with Lovely Surroundings"

My sister and I were searching for a good place for our 87-year-old dad. The people at were friendly right away. The house is in a nice area and it's big, bright, and clean. They even have a garden in the backyard. It seems like a good place, and I think the people there are caring and would have taken good care of my dad. The folks there weren't as active as we hoped, but maybe it was just when we visited. We didn't pick this place because it's far from where we live.

"Great care and comfort for loved ones at this facility"

We’re really pleased with this place. It’s a nice and friendly board and care facility with a great staff. They’re very attentive and caring toward my 97-year-old mom. She’s also grown fond of them. She enjoys her room, the food, and the staff. I appreciate that she’s well looked after and safe here.

"Friendly Owners and Helpful Staff in Great Assisted Living Facility"

This place is super cool! The owners are like really nice. We think they're awesome. They're really serious about making sure the staff does everything right. We checked out some other places, but this was the first one we saw and we liked it right away. They were really patient and helped us out until we could pay.

"Mixed Experience: Nice Home, Small Rooms, PEG Tube Concerns"

The home is nice, but the rooms are small. When I asked about PEG tube feeding, they hadn't cared for someone with a PEG tube in a while. They said they'd need to review the procedures.
