"Good Overall Experience with Some Areas for Improvement"

My family member lives at Fellowship Square Phoenix and, in general, it's been good. The food is usually enough, but it's the same often, and they don't serve meals for long. The apartment is really clean. The staff is great and almost everyone is friendly. They don't have any activities in the evening after 5 PM.

"Assisted Living Facility Tour Review"

Our family visited Fellowship Square for a tour. We saw the independent living building first, which was really nice. But when we went to the assisted living building across the street, it felt stark and not very welcoming. The apartment was okay, and the staff was really friendly, but overall, it seemed a bit dull and sad.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Community"

I hoped my family member would live in a cozy place with a friendly neighborhood, but this community didn't give me that vibe. The tour was helpful, and they shared all the necessary details for my loved one, but it wasn't the right fit.

"Friendly Community with Caring Staff and Convenient Amenities"

We picked Fellowship Square Phoenix because everyone was so nice when we visited. People said hi and waved at us as we walked around. They have housing that’s subsidized and a range of care options, which is great for the future. We really like our apartment—it’s a good size for us. The staff are very caring and took their time explaining everything to us. They didn’t pressure us at all, and I felt comfortable asking questions. They were clear about everything during the whole process. The location is a bit far from stores, so you need a car or use their transportation to get around.

"Disappointing Experience at Fellowship Square"

My first visit to Fellowship Square didn't go well. When I arrived for my tour, nobody was at the front desk, so I had to wait a long time to get assistance.

"Nice Assisted Living, Pricey"

We visited Fellowship Square Phoenix, and it was really nice. No complaints, but it's pricier than expected.

"Poor communication and not enough staff, plus unappealing food."

This place has real problems with talking to residents and having enough workers. I had to wait forever after pressing the call button for help. The food they serve is pretty bad. I'm never going back, and I wouldn't tell anyone to go there either.

"Affordable but distant looking forward to new location nearby."

The place was good. The cost was cheaper, but it's far away. Can't wait for the new one in Surprise.

"Nice place, but costly"

I visited this place while searching for a home, and I quite liked it. However, it's la tad expensive. Considering your budget is essential. They seem to offer less than my current place, yet they charge more. The staff was friendly, and I have no complaints. Living here wouldn't have bothered me, but it exceeded my budget.

"Mom loves it here, and I’d live here too"

We checked out about seven different places, but my mom liked this one the most. The rooms are a bit bigger than others we saw. The location is perfect because it's close to everything. Mom is really enjoying her time here. There are lots of activities to do, and she says the food is great. The community is very clean and nicely decorated. I even told Mom I’d like to live here. We definitely recommend this place to anyone.
