"Nice Place!"
I recently visited this community, and I don't have any complaints about how things went. The staff arrived on time for our appointment and answered all my questions thoroughly. I liked the open floor plan, and the staff did an excellent job with the presentation. Eventually, I moved my loved one into the Grace Manor sister property.

"Facility Neglected Medication Guidelines"
My relative stayed at Grace Manor of Arizona II for a year while in hospice. During the last two months, her health declined. The hospice team provided instructions for medications. However, the facility frequently changed employees. If I were to recommend this place, I'd advise monitoring the medication situation. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and overall, things were good.
