"Wonderful care and attention at Graceville, like family to us"
We didn't know much about care homes when we had to move my mother to assisted living. I was really worried about her care and the new environment. My mother lived at Graceville for 8 years. They helped her get on a comfortable schedule and cut down her medications a lot. They paid close attention to her health, comfort, and emotional well-being, and made sure she could spend time with my father during his daily visits. I am so thankful to the amazing couple who own and run this home. They treat everyone like family; it's more than just a job for them, it's a mission to help their residents. Their kindness and care for our whole family is beyond words.

"Clean, informative, but limited activities. Considering for future care."
When we got to Graceville Estates, the person who showed us around was nice and told us a lot of helpful stuff. The house was neat, and they had useful signs everywhere. They had a few things to do, but not as much as in bigger places. We'll think about a place like this when my mom needs more help.

"Inconsistent Care at Graceville Estate"
I'm not completely happy with Graceville Estate. They follow rules and government regulations but neglect my mother's hygiene. No one assists with her hair or cares about her appearance. They neglect jewelry too. However, they manage medications well. Activities are lacking, despite my requests for occasional exercises with my mother.

"Mixed Opinions on Graceville Estate's Care"
I have mixed feelings about Graceville Estate. On one hand, they're good at following government rules and regulations, but I'm not totally happy with how they're taking care of my mom. They don't seem to help her with her personal appearance much, like doing her hair, helping her get dressed or assisting her with her jewelry. While I appreciate that they stay focused on her meds, I wish there were more activities for her to participate in. I've suggested that they could conduct light exercises with her occasionally, but it doesn't look like they are.

"Caring staff, family-like feel, and excellent care for residents."
Very caring caregivers. It's a nice Christian home with a family-like feeling. My mother has been there since the end of May 2013, and she just turned 101 yesterday. I couldn’t ask for better care. I’m very satisfied, and my mother is very happy. The owners are great and truly care about all their residents.

"My Mom’s Wonderful Care"
The caregivers here are very caring. It’s a nice Christian home with a family-like feeling. My mom has been here since May 2013, and she just turned 101 yesterday. I couldn’t ask for better care. I’m very satisfied, and my mom is very happy here. The owners are super nice and really care about all the residents.
