Home Care at Marley Park

"Good care, limited supervision. Food needs improvement."
I liked the care they gave here. The home is beautiful and very clean. They don't help 24/7, but they're not awake all night. They need someone available all the time. The food could be better. They have activities he likes. We'd recommend this place to families, but they should know there's no supervision at all hours.

"Assisted Living Needs Better Resident Interaction and Communication"
They should talk more with residents. They need to care more personally. It's a small place with few people living there, so they could give more attention to each person. The people who take care of everyone need to talk better.

"Terrible Experience with Owner at Marley Park Assisted Living"
When I was searching for a home for my mom, who struggles with Parkinson's, I thought I'd struck gold with Marley Park. It seemed perfect. But once we moved her there, it was clear we were deceived. My mom kept getting hurt and was often rushed to the hospital. However, the owner, Andy, wasn't okay with her needing hospital visits. Even though he lived out of state, Andy would always argue with the doctors and caregivers about my mom's health. It felt like he valued his wallet over the care of his residents, like he was risking my mom's safety for profit. Putting my mom in Marley Park was a big mistake. I blame myself for putting my mom in such a horrible place.

"Seeking More Independence for Mom"
The place looked good and all, but it wasn’t the right fit for my mom. I was hoping to find a place where she’d feel more on her own.
