"Avoid This Facility - Chronic Staff Changes and Inadequate Care"

Steer Clear Of This Facility! Every visit brought the sight of new staff members. They had a peculiar habit of washing all the residents' clothing together, which resulted in my mother often donning clothes that weren't hers. The administrators had assured us that sundry needs such as adult diapers, clothing, and such would be covered by the facility. However, this promise was not kept once we settled my mother in. The owner of the facility was overly domineering. Despite our repeated emphasis on my mother's dietary needs, she dismissed our requests and my mother was not provided with suitable meals. In speaking with the caretakers of other residents, we found that they shared similar grievances. Eventually, we decided to move mom to a superior establishment. Even at the time of our departure, the owner was uncooperative and denied supplying my mother's medication. For those contemplating placing a loved one in this establishment, I strongly recommend looking for other alternatives.
