"Friendly community with flexible care fees."
The community was pleasant, and the tour guide knew everyone. Additional care fees varied.

"Unhygienic Facility with Terrible Food and Neglectful Staff"
The facility was in really poor condition. The meals they served were terrible. The nurse didn't even bother to check on my friend until 2-3 days after they got there. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

"Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility, Lack of Communication"
I'm not going to let my mom stay there again. I actually had to argue to get a refund after they suddenly hiked up her fees 2 months later. The level of care was atrocious. It felt like they just stuck folks in rooms and then waited for the inevitable. My mom repeatedly got urinary infections because they weren't taking care of her properly. They wanted to refer her back to hospice care, and when the hospice evaluated her, they told me she had Covid. Shockingly, this was the first I'd heard of it! It was a Monday when she got diagnosed and I only accidentally stumbled upon this fact two afternoons later on Wednesday. What's eyebrow-raising is, I'm her main healthcare decision-maker. I was never given the choice to agree or disagree on early treatment for her. I had to make numerous calls over two days just to find out how she was doing. I think this place is a sad joke.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
They misplaced my family member's laundry. It seems like they're going through some changes. The staff and management are shifting. The food was great initially, but it has slightly declined. The person handling enrollment and intake is fantastic, and my loved one really appreciates the caregivers.

"Friendly Staff, But Better Dining Elsewhere"
The Director was awesome! She was super friendly and helpful. Although this place was good, we preferred another facility’s dining area.

"A happy place with activities and a dog-friendly policy."
I'd recommend this community. My loved one is happy here, despite some staff changes. The food is enjoyable, and there are plenty of activities. The best part? They can have their dog with them.

"Cozy, Secure Home with Happy Residents"
I really liked how this place isn't too big and it's super easy to get to all the rooms. I saw people everywhere right at the front, hanging out in the main spot, playing cards in the activity room, and watching movies. It's a safe place where they take good care of folks who have trouble remembering things. Everyone looked pretty happy.
