"Assisted Living Review: Ideal Community with Excellent Staff and Activities"
This community has everything I wanted. The staff communicates well with families when we have questions about our loved one. My loved one loves the food here. They serve three meals a day to everyone. There are also games, sing-alongs, music, and entertainment for residents to enjoy.

"Great Space, Food, and Care at Assisted Living"
The apartments are really big and kept in good shape. The meals have lots of different choices, they're made well, and they taste great. The people who work here to help us are nice and do a good job.

"Unacceptable Care and High Turnover at Assisted-Living Facility"
If you care about your loved ones, avoid this place. My 77-year-old mother, who suffers from Parkinson's disease, was a full-time resident here, despite shelling out for top-tier care, they barely looked out for her. They didn't try to understand her condition, in fact, they were rude and disrespectful (I had cameras in the room for proof). Twice, they didn't give her medicine for the entire weekend, which she desperately needs to function. The food was mediocre and staff members leave way too often. When they found out she'd be using achhhs, they immediately showed her the door. Don't let your family stay here!!

"Disappointing Visit, Unwelcoming and Unresponsive Staff"
When we went for a look-around at this assisted living facility, it seemed as if the staff didn't really want my family member to live there. They didn't make us feel welcome. We asked if we could visit on the weekend, but they weren't willing to let us do that, and they didn't even call us back when we rang them asking for information or updates. All things considered, I wasn't happy.

"Shocked By Caregiver's Disrespect Toward Paying Residents"
Five years back, they were top-notch. I nearly became a resident after leaving. But, I saw a caregiver be downright rude to a resident who asked for help. I think a smaller setting might be more suitable. I can't help but wonder if the staff realizes that these residents pay a significant amount to live here - it would likely amaze her if she knew. Just plain disrespectful.

"Legacy needs more, better trained staff!"
At the Legacy where my wife was staying, I just wasn't happy with the quality of care she got. They didn't have enough workers and they didn't seem to know how to handle different situations right. Their behavior towards seniors wasn't calm either. During meals, workers would hurry residents, which wasn't right.
