"Mixed Experience with Care and Meals at Assisted Living Facility"
Most of the caregivers are really nice and professional. They are courteous, caring, and always helpful. When I've had issues or questions, the managers have been quick to respond and address them. However, the meals could be a lot better. My mom used to stay at Manor Desert Ridge before she passed away last month, and their food was amazing. Their chef believed food was like medicine. Maybe Clearwater could learn something from them. For instance, when I eat with my dad, the slice of pizza I ordered looked like a frozen Totino's pizza with a hard crust and cubed meat. That's not what I expected given how much we pay here.

"Assisted Living Falls Short in Care and Honesty"
This place says they take care of people with diseases like Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, but they really don't. They claim to offer 24-hour care, but they don't even check on residents every two hours. Each floor only has two caregivers and one extra. Our family member couldn't even use the bathroom by himself, but they made him. Some caregivers were nice, but others were impatient and spent more time on their phones than helping. They promised we could install cameras in our loved one's room, but that wasn't true.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Poor Management and Care Quality"
I've lived here for about a year and a half, and I wouldn't suggest this place. I'm staying mainly because of its location and the fact that it's pet-friendly. However, the management is really bad. Even though they claim their facility and food are great, I disagree. The caregiving and food quality have been consistently disappointing. I've talked with upper management multiple times, but they just pretend to care and don't really do anything to fix or improve any problems. Yes, dealing with the pandemic has been tough for senior communities, but they haven't adapted well to the situation. Also, the way they treat their employees is completely unacceptable and is the main reason for the high turnover rate.

"Assisted Living with Great Activities and Resort-like Feel"
My mom picked Generations at Pinnacle Peak because they have lots of fun things for residents to do. Because of COVID, she hasn't been able to do as much as she'd like. The place was pretty new, almost like a resort. It's nice and open with friendly staff. I would suggest it.

"Solid Choice for Assisted Living"
This place is better than most others I checked out. When we looked around, this community stood out as one of the better ones. My relative is happy there. She says the food is pretty good and they offer different kinds. We picked it because it's near our family and in a nicer part of town. Her apartment is big enough for her. I think other families would like this community too.

"Mixed Feelings About Lovely Assisted Living Facility Amid COVID-19"
This place is nice. COVID-19 makes things tough. Food's alright, could be better. The layout works fine. Like anything, you gotta explore to see the good and bad. Outdoor space is pretty, but residents hardly use it for activities.

"Great Option for Assisted Living, If Neighbors Are Okay"
This place would be perfect if my mom didn't mind having a neighbor who needed assisted living :)
