"Changes and Challenges at Assisted Living Facility"
When I was looking to move my loved one here, I wish I had known they were in the process of being bought by another company. Since then, there have been a lot of changes. They don't have enough staff, and the chef left with his team. The meals they serve don't have enough food and are not balanced. I usually cook for my loved one, and she eats in her room because of this. They also cut back on the number of hours that the staff works, so they don't always have enough people working. However, in the past week, they hired two new chefs, and the food seems to be getting better.

"Great Value and Personal Care"
Our experience has been really good so far. There's always enough care, even though it's a smaller place. I think it's a great value for the money. Their apartment has a really nice patio that they love to take their dog out on. Since it's a smaller community, they get a lot of relaxed, one-on-one care. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and truly care about my folks and the family. From the receptionist to the director, everyone is very personable and knows me by name, which I didn't expect. There could be more variety in the activities, though. Overall, I would recommend Mariposa Point of Surprise.

"Decline in Care at Assisted Living Facility Since New Management"
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! My mom's been living here for 2 and a half years. Ever since [name removed] and [name removed] took over, the quality of care has been going down. We picked this place for my folks cause it felt like family. Workers were treated well, so they treated the residents like their own family. Now? It's just about making money. My mom's been here all this time mostly because routines and regularity help people with Alzheimer's/dementia. But how can you keep things steady when the workers keep changing and they don't really know the residents?

"Room Setup Disappointment"
We toured Mariposa Point. We didn't pick them due to room layout.

"Pleasant Assisted Living Visit"
We talked with [name removed] and he only showed us the small room, but we passed by the dining room on our way there. The place was really nice, and we saw people living there in the lobby and dining area. Physical therapy and occupational therapy are offered through another company.

"Memory Care Disappointment"
The assisted living facility looked nice, but Memory Care was similar to independent living. I hardly saw staff or residents during the tour, and expected more activities.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Mixed Experience, Lack of Courtesy"
The place was nice and clean, staff friendly, but had issues. Mom's doctor needed a sample, lost it thrice. Care staff supervisor was rude, argued, and lied. Shocked by her attitude. Moving out due to COVID, couldn't help Mom. No one answered the door, Mom struggled with heavy cart and walker. Employee grabbed cart but left it at front desk, didn't help. Had to struggle to get cart, another employee questioned me. More training needed on courtesy and assistance.

"Friendly Staff, Comfy Rooms, Cleaning Varies"
The workers are reliable and nice. The food's pretty okay. The rooms feel cozy and are modern. But, how often they clean the rooms can be hit or miss.

"Lackluster Assisted Living Experience"
This assisted living facility started off well, but now it falls short. Caregivers juggle multiple roles, meals are slow, and cleanliness is lacking. The company prioritizes profit over care.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Care and Maintenance"
This place used to be nice, but now it's not. The caregivers have too many jobs and can't give good care. Meals take too long to come, tables aren't cleaned, and the wifi and phones don't work well. The outside plants are dying. The company just cares about money, not the people living here. The staff doesn't get enough help from the company. They need to change how they do things. Everyone here should speak up.

"Dissatisfied: Misleading Treatment at Senior Living Center"
Bummed out by the staff and how we were handled at this place. It felt like we were tricked or mishandled, kinda like a shady car dealership rather than a senior living center. They told us one thing over the phone and then switched it up when we got there.
